Since 2018, we have implemented the Last Planner System as a key tool for planning control and monitoring. This system operates at four levels:

• Master Plan (“Should do”)
• Phase Planning (“Can do”)
• Weekly Work Plan (“Will do”)
• Control (“Done”)

With weekly reports and full transparency, every project stakeholder understands constraints, progresses clearly, and improves performance.

Digitalization: Collaborative Dashboards

Since the pandemic, and to facilitate project management across different provinces, we have adopted the use of Miró App. This digital tool allows us to:
