Located near the center of Montevideo with proximity to the main services and public and private facilities, this project consists of a ground floor, where in addition to the access, 2 commercial premises and 12 upper floors are planned, with apartments for social housing, adopting different typological solutions with 1, 2 and up to 3 bedroom apartments, totaling the 136 units. The building has amenities on the top level and is organized with a central core with vertical circulations.
