Description
Cipriani Ocean Resort & Casino will be the largest luxury resort in South America, consisting of three spectacular residential towers ranging from 30 to 60 stories. It will involve the conversion of the traditional San Rafael Casino Hotel, a timeless icon of luxury in Punta del Este. It will also include a conference center, a spa, beach club, outdoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness center with meditation and yoga rooms, golf simulator, among other luxurious amenities. In addition, the project includes two exclusive Cipriani restaurants and modern high-end amenities. We will begin with the construction of Stage 1 of approximately 54,000 m2.
